As described earlier this new training is designed to enable you to enhance your Havening skills yet further in a number of ways. We will be going deeper into the principles, techniques, considering the science and the tools we have as Haveners. A part of the course will be designed for your specific interests.

Welcome

This two-week period gives us an opportunity to explore all sorts of things and my aim is to help you where I can to the best of my ability. I often say to clients when we talk on the phone before a session, to consider our time together as a treat. And I take my own advice anytime I have a session or train. Each day a circle will animate and lead you to a skill building exercise, some thoughts, new tools. Send me feeback as a way of mapping your own progress and helping me help you better.
